All material and packages will be inspected before moved to warehouse.
FAI
Every day,every machine will be inspected before workers start to produce.
ROUNTING
Every 2 hours,every workshop QC will inspect products which they responsible for.
ANTI MIX
Every 3 hours,workshop QC will inspect the packages whether the workers use the wrong ones.
PERFORMANCE
Every 3 hours,workshop QC will inspect the performance of products,such as sealed tensil,length,weight and so on.
SEALING
Every 3 hours,Sealing QC will inspect the water test of all machines.
FQC
Before products entry into warehouse,final QC will inspect every pallet by G1,AQL1.5.
